What we collect

FluxPay stores account details, client records, invoices, expenses, time logs, settings, and optional uploaded assets such as logos so the app can provide invoicing features.

How data is used

Your data is used to operate the product, generate invoices and PDFs, send invoice-related email actions you request, secure access, and improve reliability through Firebase services.

Storage and access

Data is stored in Firebase services and scoped to your authenticated user ID. Firestore and Storage rules restrict users to their own records.

Your choices

You can export invoice and expense data from Settings. You can also delete records in the dashboard. For account-level deletion requests, contact the site owner.
